The TRAFFIGARD system is COMPLETELY SEAMLESS AND
SELF-FLASHING. There's no need for counterflashing, reglets, pitch pockets, termination bars or other flashing devices, and walkway protection boards can be completely eliminated.
TRAFFIGARD's strength, durability and flexibility make it adaptable to varied building requirements and climatic conditions throughout the world. TRAFFIGARD can be applied over most rigid substrates, including concrete, lightweight insulating concrete, exterior plywood, and many existing membranes or smooth-surfaced built-up roofs. It's unique ability to bond to vertical surfaces lets TRAFFIGARD flash and seal parapet walls of any height.
TRAFFIGARD lives up to its name! Its trafficability makes it perfect for applications on patios, walk-out decks, roof terraces and balconies, where a textured finish resists the wear and tear of people and furniture.

Primer Provides strong adhesion.
Body Coat is a heavy-bodied polymer of high viscosity.
Fiberglass mat is formed of very tough glass fibers to reinforce resistance to wear, tear and movement.
Second Body Coat fills the Fiberglass mat and further strengthens
the system.
Sand Finish provides a non-skid textured finish for surfaces that
are to be walked on.
Top Coat completes the system, providing an attractive surface finish.
A completed TRAFFIGARD system has a thickness of 27 to 42 mils.
